I have ordered my glasses from the "Hour Eyes" store at Pentagon City, 1100 South Hayes Street, 3rd Floor, Arlington, Virginia 22202 back in February 2009. I was promised the glasses in 10 days due to a high prescription coming from corporate office in San Antonio, TX.
10 days went by and still no glasses.
2 weeks went by and still no glasses.
It's already almost the end of March and still no glasses.
What's frustrating even more is the different excuses I get for each time I call or arrive at the store. "The glasses are being polished at it's edges", "They broke your glasses while trying to smooth out the edges", Your prescription is too rare", "your glasses was just put in the mail", etc..
With all these excuses, they are nothing more but lies by now.
I just want my glasses!!!

I would cancel and go to another store. It's not worth the pain. I had to deal with the same kind of thing with my car. The got the wrong part three time in one week!
It seems that it's a theme with optometrists. My father goes through the same issues every few years with other eye care specialists.
